A village designated wine made in a traditional style, coming from György Sólyom’s Sósi vineyard. After hand harvesting ripe and healthy fruit in the middle of September, the free-run juice of the whole bunches was fermented in three 500 liter oak barrels over 2 months, remaining in barrel after fermentation for another 6 months.
