A village designated wine made in reductive style, coming from Márton Ruppert’s 5 years old biodynamic vineyard. After hand harvesting and whole bunch pressing the ripe and healthy fruit middle september, the juice was fermented in a Inox tank at low temperatures over 2 months, and remaining there for another 6 months. Bottled unfiltered.
