Protected Designation of Origin

Traditionally made wine, coming from a volcanic site: winemaker Szabó Gyula’s Töltés vineyard on the Fekete Hill. After hand harvesting ripe and healthy fruit mid-October in 2016, the free-run juice was fermented in two 500 liter and one 225 liter oak barrels over three months, remaining in barrel after fermentation for another 4 months.
