A village designated wine made in a traditional style, coming from Zsolt Palkó’s 29 year old vineyard. After hand harvesting ripe and healthy fruit, the juice was fermented in one 500 liter oak barrel over 1 months, remaining in barrel after fermentation for another 7 months.
