Traditionally made three kinds cuvée, coming from the volcanic Somló Hill. After hand harvesting ripe and healthy fruit, the free-run juice was fermented in one 500 liter, one 400 liter and one 225 liter oak barrels over one month, remaining in barrel after fermentation for another 6 months.
