Protected Designation of Origin.
A village designated wine made in a traditional style, coming from the Bakos family’s 5 year old vineyard. After hand harvesting ripe and healthy fruit, the juice was fermented in two 500 liter oak barrel over 3 months, remaining in barrel after fermentation for another 6 months.
