A village designated wine made in a traditional style, coming from coming from a volcanic site, the the Bakos family’s 6 year old Töttösi vineyard on the Fekete Hill. After hand harvesting ripe and healthy fruit, the juice was fermented in one 500 liter oak barrel over 3 months, remaining in barrel after fermentation for another 9 months.
