Traditionally made wine, coming from a volcanic site: the Fekete (Black) Hill. After hand harvesting ripe and healthy fruit, the free-run juice was fermented in one 400- and one 300 liter oak barrels over two months, remaining in barrel after fermentation for another 8 months.
